Terms of Service

Effective 1 November 2026

These terms apply to all use of Tadmaipen (tadmaipen.com). By becoming a member, paying, or downloading a skill, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • One account is for one person only. Do not share your account or let others use it
  • You are responsible for access to the email or Google account you sign in with
  • We review download history to prevent account sharing and may limit downloads per hour

Plans and payment

  • All prices are in Thai baht and are paid through Stripe
  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel
  • You can cancel renewal at any time from My account. You keep member access until the end of the period you have paid for
  • If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 days to update your payment method, after which membership is suspended
  • The lifetime plan is a one-time payment and lasts for as long as Tadmaipen operates
  • We may change prices in the future. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and auto-renewing members are notified in advance

No refunds

  • Skills are digital products available for download immediately after payment, so all payments are non-refundable, including time left in a period after you cancel
  • Please review the showcase clips and try the free skill before subscribing
  • This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, for example if you were charged twice or in error

Skill license

  • Members may use the skills to make their own videos or videos for clients, including monetized and commercial videos
  • Videos finished while you are a member may be used and published forever, even after your membership ends
  • After your membership ends you may not use skill files to make new work (except free skills and lifetime members)
  • Tadmaipen keeps the copyright in all skill files, code, prompts, templates and documentation. You receive a license to use them, not ownership

What you may not do

  • Sell, give away, share, upload or publish skill files, in whole or in part, whether for free or for money
  • Modify the skills and sell or distribute them as your own skills, templates or courses
  • Use bots or scripts to bulk-download files
  • If we find a violation, we will suspend or close the account immediately without a refund and may take legal action under copyright law

Community

  • The community is a closed Facebook group for members only. You must follow the group rules and Facebook's terms
  • When your membership ends, we remove you from the group

Content and service

  • We may add, update or remove skills at our discretion
  • Some skills work with third-party software or services such as video editors or AI tools. We cannot guarantee those services will keep working the same way, and their costs are not included
  • The service is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

Changes and governing law

  • We will announce significant changes to these terms on the website or by email before they take effect
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand
