Privacy Policy

Tadmaipen (tadmaipen.com) respects your privacy and collects only the data needed to provide the service, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Account data: email, display name and profile picture (with Google sign-in we only receive your name, email and profile picture)
- Membership data: plan, status and expiry date
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details
- Download history: which skills you downloaded, when, your IP address and browser details, to prevent account sharing and piracy
- Community: the community is a closed Facebook group; posts and comments there fall under Meta's policies. We only use the email you give when requesting to join to check your membership
How we use it
- To sign you in and provide member features such as downloads
- To send essential emails such as sign-in links and receipts
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure
- To answer questions and resolve issues in the community
Service providers
- Supabase (database and authentication, servers in Singapore)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage)
- Stripe (payments)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Google (only if you choose Google sign-in)
- We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone
Cookies
- We only use cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies
Retention
- We keep account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except payment records we are legally required to keep
Your rights
- You may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time
